PART # DESCRIPTION 0922-0160 For 84-99 Evolution Big Twin (124”, 4 5/8” bore) REPLACEMENT FLYWHEEL ASSEMBLY •Replaces the original flywheels in S&S 124” V124 engine for 84-99 Evolution Big Twin •Three piece design •Pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel •The only joints in the assembly are where the 1.671” diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels •CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die, steel forgings, which are 114% stronger than late style stock steel flywheels •Fully assembled with premium quality S&S heavy-duty 7.667” connecting rods, with full width wrist pin ends, and dynamically balanced •Assembly is trued to less than 0.0005” runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, making them capable of higher rpm •Left side of the flywheel is notched for a crank position sensor •Balanced for S&S stock bore and 3 5/8” stroker pistons PART # DESCRIPTION 0922-0161 For 70-84 Shovelhead 84” STOCK BORE STROKER FLYWHEEL KIT •Upgrades 74” and 80” Shovelhead engines to 84” displacement at approximately 8.4:1 or 7.3:1 compression (depending on pistons used) •Includes a dynamically balanced 4 1/2” stroke flywheel assembly complete with S&S heavy-duty connecting rods and mainshafts •Reuse the stock cylinders, saving cost and retaining stock appearance of the engine •Minor crankcase and cylinder modifications are required that can easily be done with hand tools •Kit requires special pistons which must be ordered separately (Contact S&S for required pistons) •Made in the U.S.A.
