HANDLEBARS & CONTROLS 117 11/4” VIKING HANDLEBAR KITS •The only complete Handlebar Kits with matching braided cables and brake lines that include Magnum Viking Handlebars •Patented Viking handlebar internal design guarantees easy installation of complete wiring harnesses without taking away from the clean look of the peak •Novel design creates enough room to allow the complete wiring harness with factory vinyl covering and the terminal connections, along with their respective shrink sleeve to easily pass through without chaffing •Using a unique flaring process, the burr-free internal radius creates a generous pocket of additional clearance within the troublesome peak of the handlebar •To make wiring installations even easier, Magnum preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving •Insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through; it’s that simple •Aggressive looking Viking handlebars are manufactured with the highest quality construction, work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch, and feature high-luster chrome or gloss black finishes for an unsurpassed appearance •Each 11/4” diameter handlebar is CNC mandrel bent for an accurate fit, incorporate wrist angles engineered for riding comfort, have 1” diameter center sections, 31/2” on-center knurling, and feature machined control mounts (not swaged) plus burr free internal wiring holes and electronic throttle control slots •Kits are available in Bagger or Ape Hanger styles for select ABS and non-ABS Harley-Davidson® motorcycles with 10”, 12”, 14” and 16” height options •Kits include: Magnum Viking Handlebars, throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware and any necessary switch or turn signal extensions •Cables and brake lines feature Sterling Chromite® II or Black Pearl braid with highly polished chrome or black chrome-plated fittings •All cables are a low effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds all OE specifications for fitment, construction and endurance •Kits for dual disc models include a brazed manifold that eliminates leaks, alignment problems and unattractive threaded connections •Brake lines are compliant with all DOT FMVSS-106 Specifications •US Patent # 10,882,578 NOTE: Cable and line lengths are based on using 2” risers; except for Touring models.
